REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Register in 2 steps [see below]:
A. Make your hotel reservations.
B. Download the Conference Registration form and either mail it, along with your payment, to Barbara Carey at the address below OR email to Barbara Carey at the address below then pay online via our secure online shopping cart.

Room Rates $129 plus tax
(Each guest should make her own reservation directly with the hotel)

Reservation Deadline: September 18, 2009

Note: The initial block of rooms reserved for WG-USA have been booked. Booking for an 15 additional rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott, Downtown Long Beach, 500 E. First Street, opens on Sept. 14 and closes on Sept. 18. All room reservations must be made during that week, identifying yourself as a member of WG-USA.

To facilitate the reservation process use the links below and you will be directed to the property's home page with the code already entered in the appropriate field. All you need to do is enter the arrival date to begin the reservation process.

B. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

Conference Registration: $165
Registration includes all program costs plus conference meals, breakfast, lunch and final banquet meal. It does not include the optional tour and dinner aboard the ship Queen Mary
